In the first part of the rebuild process the box had the head, sides, and back removed. Now we will concentrate on fixing the box and putting the pieces back together.

Now we replace all parts of the floor unit which are broken and it is squared. While this is happening the head is also being fixed. All pieces that were bent are replaced. The box sides, back, and roof are also repaired or replaced at this point.

After everything has been repaired the parts are put back together. First the sides and roof go on. They are squared to make sure that everything has been fixed properly. Then the back and the head go on. Once all this is done the new parts are oiled and the box is run to make sure everything is in working condition. We then call the chopper box owner to set up a delivery time for the fixed unit.
